PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
We wish to inform the public, especially all real property owners and taxpayers of the City of Talisay, of the implementation of Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).
As part of this law, a Real Property Tax Amnesty Program is being implemented, allowing qualified taxpayers to settle delinquent real property taxes without penalties and surcharges.
Deadline / End of Amnesty Period: July 5, 2026
We highly encourage all concerned property owners to take advantage of this amnesty period to update your records and settle your obligations without incurring additional charges.
