CREATION OF TALISAY CITY LOCAL HOUSING OFFICE

Executive Order No. 2003-18 – constitute the Local Housing Office to be the implementing arm of Talisay Local Housing Board (TLHB)
The Local Housing Office being the implementing arm of the TLHB shall implement the policies formulated by the Talisay City Local Housing Board

MISSION

 Local Housing Office provides services to enhance the attitude, knowledge and capabilities of the urban poor organizations towards community development through community organizing.

 

Undertakes to facilitate urban poor organizations to access land and housing programs, human development and basic services, livelihood and employment, health services, environment concerns and organizational development interventions.

VISION

Local Housing Office (LHO) envisions the transformation of the urban poor into empowered and self-reliant communities, capable for meaningful participation in sustainable development, policy formulations and programs implementation addressing their needs.
