CIVIL REGISTRAR’S OFFICE (MAIN FUNCTION)

 
      • Responsible for the civil registration program in the local government unit pursuant to the Civil Registry Law, the Civil Code & other pertinent laws
      • registers vital events, legal instruments & court decrees concerning the civil status of persons

SERVICES OF THE OFFICE:

      • Accept all registrable documents (Birth, Marriage & Death), court decrees & legal instruments;
      • Issues Certified transacripts or copies of any certificates upon payment of proper fees;
      • Mobile free late registration of birth to different barangays;
      • Receive application for the issuance of marriage license; 
      • Accepts petitions for the Correction of Entries in Birth, Marriage & Death Certificates, pursuant to RA 9048 & RA 10172
      • Accepts request of PSA documents (Birth, Marriage, Death & CENOMAR)
