” It is with great honor and pride that I welcome everyone to the 8th Sangguniang Panglusod in the City of Talisay. As the City Vice Mayor and as the head of the legislative council, I take on the challenge to always put my heart into my service. My office is always open to everyone, most especially all the Talisaynons by whom I have sworn my allegiance and oath of duty to. Sa ngalan sa tibuok konseho, ako mopasalig kaninyo sa among dedikasyon sa pagbalaod ug pag-amendar sa mga resolusyon nga makatabang sa pagpalambo ug pagdala sa atong pinalanggang siyudad ngadto sa iyang mas taas nga kahimutangan. Unity is strength. I am a firm believer that when people come and work together, great things can be achieved. Let’s do this in Talisay! Together, let’s make things happen!
